By inviting Dynasty ("the Service") to your Discord server, logging into this dashboard, or accessing our website, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced in our support server, but it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Dynasty for your personal or community Discord servers.

- You may use the web dashboard to manage your server settings.
- You may not resell access to the bot's features without written permission.
- You may not use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws.

To access certain features, you must authenticate through Discord OAuth2. By doing so:

- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate blacklisting from all Dynasty services.
You agree not to misuse Dynasty services. Prohibited actions include:
- Attempts to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
- Using the bot to spam API endpoints or cause service degradation.
- Using the bot to facilitate illegal activities or violate Discord's ToS.
- Exploiting bugs for personal gain (duping currency, bypassing limits).
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff members.
- Distributing malware, phishing links, or harmful content.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

You retain ownership of content you create using our services. However, by using Dynasty, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process this content as necessary to provide the Service.

- Fraudulent or illegal activity

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE BOT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH DISCORD INC. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
