Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Dynasty. By inviting the bot to your Discord server, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting Dynasty ("the Service") to your Discord server or logging into this dashboard, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced in our support server, but it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Dynasty for your personal or community Discord servers.

You may configure the bot for moderation, economy, and utility purposes.
You may not resell access to the bot's core features without permission.

3. User Restrictions

Violation of these rules will result in immediate blacklisting.

You agree not to misuse the Dynasty services. Prohibited actions include:

Attempts to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
Using the bot to spam API endpoints or cause service degradation.
Using the bot to facilitate illegal activities or violate Discord's ToS.
Exploiting bugs for personal gain (duping currency, bypassing limits).

5. Premium & Refunds

Dynasty Premium is a virtual service. By purchasing, you agree that:

Payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
If you are banned from the bot for violating Terms, you forfeit your Premium status.
We reserve the right to change Premium pricing with 30 days notice.
Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from all Dynasty services.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE BOT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH DISCORD INC.
