To provide core services like XP tracking, economy balances, and custom commands.

To remember your server's prefix, welcome channels, and role permissions.

Aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services and understand usage patterns.
3. Storage & Security
Data is stored in a secure MongoDB cluster with restricted access. Backups are encrypted. While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
4. Advertising & Cookies (Google AdSense)
We display advertisements on our website using Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you will see a consent message where you can allow or manage your ad preferences before ads are shown.
Your Controls

Payment Processors
Stripe and PayPal handle all payment data. We never see or store your full card details.
6. Children's Privacy
Age Requirement
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13 (or under the age of 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us to request deletion.

- Open a ticket in the #support channel.
- Request a "Data Deletion" (GDPR Request).
